In the centre of Santa Cruz, Taberna do Petisco understands the social purpose of a small plate: it should make you order another. Start with lapas, clams or gaiado in escabeche, then add tuna picado, octopus with sweet potato and honey, the house chicken livers or a traditional espetada.
