Bouillon République

Bouillons were the first popular restaurants in Paris back in the 19th century. Today, they are making a grand comeback. This one is particularly impressive: 450 seats spread over 1,800 m², with a décor clearly influenced by the 1930s, featuring sculpted wood paneling and period tiles. Here, you can indulge in deviled eggs, chicken broth with vermicelli, sausage and mashed potatoes, or a peppered steak with fries… And to top it all off, a creamy rice pudding or a rich chocolate mousse completes this feast of French classics.
