Housed in a former 19th-century stamping workshop, this three-level space now hosts Maslow Temple: 150 seats, poppy-red riveted beams, and an atrium bathed in falling threads of light.
Housed in a former 19th-century stamping workshop, this three-level space now hosts Maslow Temple: 150 seats, poppy-red riveted beams, and an atrium bathed in falling threads of light. The menu is refined, creative, and entirely plant-based—like the okonomiyaki, a Japanese omelet made with pointed cabbage, smoky soy, ginger sauce, and red onion pickles. Or the whole artichoke ready to be dipped in satay sauce, served with mandolined zucchini in a sweet-and-salty vinaigrette. You’ll forget it’s vegetarian… and love every bite.
