Chokladkoppen

Chokladkoppen occupies a small but enviable corner of Stortorget, turning a coffee break into a seat at the centre of Gamla Stan. The café is compact, colourful and openly inclusive, with a rainbow flag that has become part of its identity. Hot chocolate is the signature order—rich enough to function as dessert—while coffee, cakes, sandwiches and warming soups make the address useful beyond fika. Outdoor tables are ideal in summer, but the close, slightly improvised interior has particular charm in cold weather.
